What Customers Say About Cranium Cariboo:

It's even fun for adults.not so mind numbing like the rest of the games for 3-4 year olds. I've tried to use puzzles and books for her to learn her numbers & letters but it wasn't until we got the game that she really started to pick them up. After only a couple of weeks of playing it, she now knows most of the letters and numbers in the game. After I did that a number of times, she really wanted to play with the game. I've been looking for a fun, educational game for my 3 year old and finally found it. My daughter loves it and wants to play it all the time. I've made the game more fun by sticking different "treasures" in the treasure chest and sirprising her every time.

The soon-to-be three year old didn't have a clue. Probably not. The five year old enjoyed the game as it was designed to be played. Would I buy it for another child.

Thank you Cranium Cariboo. :) The box is even edible.packed full of fiber and nutrients. I don't know but it sure is fun. She won't eat, sleep, and sometimes I even have to check to make sure she's still breathing. My daughter does nothing else but play this game. Is this abuse. .okay, that may be a bit of a stretch, but I can assure you that the number one reason she'll probably get into Harvard will be Cranium Cariboo.

This is fun for the whole family and a great way to get kids to concentrate.

of course even by being careful, we've misplaced the key (we now use a pen or screwdriver) one ball, and a few of the "door" cards, it's been 3 weeks and we've played it 3 times. my 8 year old niece played it once and was bored by the end. PROS: fun treasure hunt idea that kids love, kids like opening the doors and hand eye is developed with the small "keyhole" and key, color and letter recognition made fun and competitive.CONS: no replacement parts, if you lose a door card you can't play. We tried to substitute another type of bouncy ball thing, but it just wouldn't fit properly. treasure at the end is always the same.

The first time we played we lost one of the balls, I guess they boys were having more fun bouncing them and throwing them than doing what they were meant for (at the time he was 3). This time, upon knowing that we could potentially lose the parts and not be able to play, I was meticulous about putting the game away and making sure all the pieces were there. Now with makeshift drawn door cards (the cards on the flip open doors) a screwdriver and whatever ball we can find to replace the lost one, we can maybe play the game. age range is not accurate this should be for UP TO 5 or MAYBE a 6 year old. We have received this game as a gift for both birthday and christmas (people LOVE IT).Being a homeschooling mom I thought it was a great educational game idea.

We just got this for christmas, and it's already started again. other parts can be substituted if you're creative and you're kids don't mind not using the "Real" game pieces.
